Ray S. Kim, Ph.D.
Dr. Ray Kim is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in Forensic Psychology. His professional experience includes working as a forensic psychologist in a secure psychiatric unit for patients determined Unfit to Stand Trial and Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity, and later as the Forensic Outpatient Director of Chicago Metropolitan Forensic Services.
Dr. Kim was one of the first psychologists trained by the Illinois Department of Human Services to evaluate sex offenders for sexual dangerousness under the Sexually Violent Persons Commitment Act. He is also one of the first certified Licensed Sex Offender Evaluators and Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Providers in Illinois.

Agoritsa Barczak, Psy.D.
Dr. Agoritsa Barczak is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and Licensed Sex Offender Evaluator with extensive experience in forensic evaluations and expert testimony related to:

Dr. Barczak also specializes in malingering assessments for individuals suspected of faking or exaggerating symptoms of mental illness.

Sharon Coleman, Psy.D.
Dr. Sharon Coleman is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Deputy Director for Forensic and Justice Services at the Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Mental Health. She has over 20 years of clinical experience as a forensic evaluator and expert witness.

Dr. Coleman has helped shape justice and mental health policies in collaboration with state and federal stakeholders. Her achievements include the development of innovative programs focusing on offender re-entry, community reintegration, and legal system diversion.

Ellis O’Connor, Psy.D.
Dr. Ellis O'Connor is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Sex Offender Evaluator specializing in forensic psychological evaluations for the following:

Dr. O’Connor has worked as a full-time staff member at the Kane County Diagnostic Center since 2019. She frequently appears as an expert witness in court proceedings and consults with attorneys.

Alexandra Tsang, Psy.D.
Dr. Alexandra Tsang is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a sub-specialty in Forensic Psychology and 25 years of experience.
Dr. Tsang conducts a wide range of evaluations, from fitness to stand trial and sanity evaluations to risk assessments for violent behavior. These include:
